The Account page allows Staff experience users to look at accounts and their balances. This is also where CSRs go to manage payments and payment plans.
Every account page has the following elements...
- Account #
- View Guarantor link (clicking this shows users the guarantor's physical address, phone number, email address, and whether they have signed up for paperless statements)
- Amount due
- Account Summary section
- Management buttons to the right (Make Payment, Login as Patient, Engagement Options)
- Account tabs along the bottom (Appointments, Open Bills, Payments, Scheduled Payments, Communication Log, Payment Plan Log, Bill History, Activity Log)
The Appointments tab shows any upcoming appointments that a staff member would be able to take payment on in the future (for customers with pre-service enabled only).
The Open Bills tab shows all of the open bills assigned to the patient/guarantor. This allows users to view open bills, status, and bill details.
The Payments tab shows all past payments on the account.
The Scheduled Payments tab shows any manually made upcoming credit or debit card payments that are scheduled to occur at a later date.
Note: This tab will not show future automatic payment plan payments. Future automatic payment plan payments are displayed in the Payment Plan window on the account page.
The Communication Log tab shows a detailed history of all communications sent by the Flywire platform including paper statements, emails, and text messages.
This is also where CSRs can click on statement links to load and print a PDF of a statement for a guarantor.
The Payment Plan Log tab shows a log of all payment plan activity including plans that are open, closed, or defaulted.
The Bill History tab shows details for all paid bills.
The Activity Log tab shows dunning level activity.
