Dunning levels are now prominently displayed at the Bill Level on accounts in the Staff Experience! This is to ensure complete transparency into an account's bill pay status when it is reviewed by a Staff Experience user.
Note: The dunning level will display for all bills, including bills on a payment plan.
How to view the dunning level of a bill:
1. Log into the Staff Experience
2. Search for an account
3. Select the account
4. Click the Open Bills tab
5. The Dunning Level column displays after the "Select" box for each unpaid bill
Dunning levels and their colors:
If the dunning levels are Flywire driven (and not customized by the provider), the color of the dunning level text will display in the following format:

Viewing dunning level activity/history
Staff Experience users are able to view the last 50 dunning level changes made to a bill in the Activity Log tab of an account. The information will display in the "Event Detail" column.
