About this feature
“Login as Patient” allows staff members to log in to Flywire's Patient Experience directly from the Staff Experience. Once logged in, staff members can view exactly what patients see. This makes it easier to assist with bill payments, payment plans, and training other staff members on Flywire's Patient Experience, ultimately improving the staff experience and providing better patient support.
Feature Permissions
Administrators can assign the "Login as Patient" feature to specific users through the "Assigned Permissions" section. This feature can be granted to entire departments, specific roles, or individual users, giving administrators greater flexibility in managing access.
How it works
When viewing a guarantor account in Flywire’s Staff Experience, staff will see a "Login as Patient" button.
When a staff member clicks the “Login as Patient” button, they will be able to view Flywire’s payment experience from the patient’s perspective.
