Editing Current Users
Admin users have the ability to edit other Staff Experience user accounts if the need arises. Editing a user account means that admin users have the ability to change the user's...
- User Name (First/Last Name)
- Email Address (what they use to log in)
- Role (determines the access and permissions that the user will have)
- Department
- Account Status
How to edit a Flywire user:
1. Click your name dropdown at the top right of the Staff Experience screen
2. Click Manage Users
3. Click on the user to edit in the list.
4. In the Edit User screen, make the changes to the user account.
5. Click Save. The changes will be applied to the user's account upon their next session.
