How can I tell if a check was returned?

There are currently two ways to tell if a check was returned. First you can run the Returned Check report on the Report tab and this will return a list of all the returned checks for that time period.

You can also go directly to the patient's account and select the Payments tab. From here you will see a row, marked in red, that states the check was returned, the return code, and the description of that code.
