You can create a partial refund when you need to refund a portion of a payment, but not the entire original payment amount.
Open the account, then click the Payments tab. Locate the transaction to partially refund and click Refund.
In the Refund Transaction window, select the Partial Refund option.
Indicate the refund amount, and click Issue Refund.
