How to manage a guarantor's current payment plan

When a guarantor is on a payment plan, you will see the Manage Plan dropdown on the right side of the account screen. This dropdown contains the following options:

1. Modify Plan: Make changes to the plan terms, including adding visits outside of a plan.
2. View Plan Schedule: View the payment plan installment schedule, as well as installment statuses.
3. Convert to AutoDebit: For manual plans only. Quickly convert it to auto-debit (automatic) without changing any terms.
4. Update Payment Method: For auto-debit plans only. Update the payment method. You can also change or add the payment plan email.
5. Stop Plan: Stop and close the payment plan. Only available to users with “Stop Plan” permission assigned.
