Yes you can. Receipts can be emailed or printed at the time of the transaction, or later on.
First, find the payment record in the patient or guarantor’s account. It will show as a line item with a transaction number in the “Payments” section.
Next click this record to open up the payment confirmation page. From here you can print or email the receipt using the icons located in the upper righthand corner of the page.
