Patients can add new bills to their existing Flywire payment plan without the need to reach out to the health provider. Here is how to do that:
- Log into the Patient Experience portal
2. Click See Payment Options
3. Click Add Balance to Plan
In the Pick a Payment Option step, select a payment plan with updated terms, and click Continue to Payment
4. Enter payment information, and click Continue to Confirmation
5. Confirm the new Payment Plan terms, and enter your email address.
6. Click Submit Payment. You will be emailed a confirmation of the new payment plan.
