The inbound files that come to Flywire from customers are the source of truth, and the information present in the Staff Experience/Back Office will be reflective of what was provided to us in the files.
If you are not seeing correct data in the Staff Experience/Back Office, please first reach out to your IT team to ensure the correct data was sent over to Flywire from the host system. If you confirm with your IT team that the correct data was sent over then Flywire would need to review further from their side.
Some generic examples where data is incorrect in Flywire are:
- The balance in Flywire doesn't match the host system (Flywire shows $50 dollars when our host system shows $5).
- Transactions are missing in Flywire but are showing in the host system.
- A a bill shows with a zero balance in Flywire but the host system still shows a balance.
- An account or bill not found in Flywire.
