Flywire Staff Experience users are now able to search for guarantor accounts by email address - making it easier to find existing accounts and manage engagement subscriptions.
Find an account is located under the Accounts tab in Flywire’s Staff Experience with a
a new radio button, by Email.
When 'by Email' is selected, the following input fields are presented:
- Email Address
- Provider
Here’s how to search for an account by email address:
- Log into the Staff Experience and go to the Accounts tab.
- Click the ‘by Email’ selection.
- Enter the email address associated with the account.
- If your Provider is part of a larger health system, also filter by Practice
- Click Find
Flywire will return all guarantor accounts associated with that email address.
