The Address Changes Report
The Address Changes report lets users review a summary of address changes submitted by patients in the Patient Experience. This report can then be used to update the Provider's EHR with the updated contact information.
The Address Changes report includes the following default fields:
- Account #
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address
- Address2
- City
- State
- Zip
- Primary Phone
- Visits (Any unpaid Visit #s)
Who typically uses this report and why?
- User profile: Operations and Business Team users
- Why? To monitor patient-initiated address changes and to make fixes to those addresses in the EHR, as needed.
- How? Exporting to Excel and using the report to update the EHR database.
How to run this report:
- Log into the Staff Experience
- Click the Reports tab
- Select the Address Changes report from the Report dropdown
- Set your filters, such as your date range
- Click Run Report
- Click View or Download to view the report in the Action section
The Insurance Changes Report
The Insurance Changes report returns a detailed list of insurance changes submitted by patients in the Patient Experience. This report can then be used to update the Provider's EHR with the updated insurance information.
The Insurance Changes report includes the following default fields:
- Account #
- Effective Date
- Insurance Company
- Policy Number
- Group Number
- Mailing Address
- City
- State
- Zipcode
- Phone Number
- Insured’s DOB
- Insured’s Name
- Insured’s Employer
- Patient’s Relation to Insured
- Secondary Insurance info (3-14)
- Visit(s)
Who typically uses this report and why?
